Week 61 on CinemaAddicts is an eventful episode with Logan, the latest instalment of the the Wolverine origin story which is of the noir genre, while Lavender delivers stunning imagery coupled with a derivative narrative. Turns out Smokin’ Aces director, Joe Carnahan, made a very enjoyable film called Stretch back in 2014 which is now available on Netflix!
